The hotel is located on a busy pedestrian street filled with clothing stores catering for medium to upmarket budgets, making it perfect for shopping enthusiasts. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with the added bonus of a balcony overlooking Via Chiaia. The presence of a kitchenette in the room was also a great convenience. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious, with a wide variety of homemade cakes, pastries, and fresh coffee.
All was perfectly fine during our stay.

The location was superb, near tourist attractions and in a safe neighborhood. The staff were amazingly friendly and always attentive. The hotel provided breakfast and had a cute atmosphere. The rooms were modern, comfortable, and clean, with a mini kitchen available.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Great location near Piazza del Plebiscito and the shore. Lively neighborhood. Helpful staff. Room with kitchen and balcony. Comfortable bed, modern bathroom. Reasonably priced mini bar. Fast, reliable free WiFi. Great value. Lovely, spacious apartment-style room. Window opened to internal breezeway. Quiet room with comfy bed and pillows. Fresh linen. Small shower stall but nice shower head. Good location for shopping and walking to historical center and castle.

I had the most amazing stay at a centrally located hotel. The pedestrian area was bustling with shops and restaurants, making it so convenient to explore everything. The room was clean and comfortable, with a view of the famous street. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing excellent advice on what to do in the city. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with freshly baked pastries and fresh fruit salad. it felt like a home away from home.
The slight noise from the street, but it was easily resolved by closing the window.
